“Prykarpattransgaz” for creation of a database of characteristics of operated steels
and for determination the residual lifetime of pipeline sections and substantiation
of their reconstruction. The method for diagnostics of the condition of steels based
on their resistance to fatigue failure was implemented at LLC “Porttehekspert”
(Odesa) to assess the operational degradation of steels of port cranes that are
subjected to combined action of cyclic loading with high asymmetry and marine
atmosphere.
